DO NOT SEND .ZIP OR .EXE FILES AS E-MAIL ATTACHMENTS, THEY WILL BE DELETED. HOWEVER IMAGE FILES AND TEXT FILES CAN BE SAFELY ATTACHED.
If you are reporting a problem please include:
- The software version.
- The operating system version.
- A detailed description of the problem and how to reproduce it.
- A copy of the result files / log files (if available).
- Details of how we may be able to contact you.
- If you purchased the software or are using the evaluation version.
Registered users will of course be given priority.
Newsletters
A few times per year we write a newsletter. The newsletters are primarily aimed at our customers but anyone is welcome to subscribe. The aim of the newsletters is to inform our customers (and anyone else who is interested) about:
- Free software updates and new products
- Special offers
- Hints and tips for the use of our software
- Products currently under development.
