All online orders are done securely, your personal details will never be disclosed and orders will, on average, be processed in well under 12 hours.
After entering your order details into an online form, a License Key will be returned by E-Mail. The key is then used with the software you download.
To reduce packaging, postage and handling costs, we distribute all of our software electronically, via downloads.
You will need a license key from a previous version of the software in order to purchase the upgrade.

Multiuser discounts and site licenses

Substantial discounts are offered when ordering multiple software licenses for the same product. The following discounts are applied automatically when ordering using the above order form.
1 - 4 Licenses   0% Discount
5 - 10 Licenses  20% Discount
11 or more licenses   40% Discount

Site licenses are available for each product. Site licenses allow for unlimited use of the product within an organization. Site licenses start to become economical when more than around 80 licenses are required or the effort in counting license usage is more than the cost of the license.

Free upgrades

In order not to disadvantage people who have recently purchased a previous versions of our software, we are offering a free upgrade to everyone who purchased a copy of PerformanceTest V5 or BurnInTest V4 in the last 6 months. If you are eligible, go to our free upgrade request page and a new license key will be e-mailed out to you.

What happens when you order

After the order is accepted by our sales agent, a License Key will be returned (via E-Mail). This Key is then entered with the User Name into the initial window of the software you have downloaded and installed. At this point the program then changes permanently into the licensed version.

For multi-user and site licenses the license key can be used by multiple users (up to the number of licenses purchased). A site license covers an unlimited number of users within a single organization.

Old versions

If you prefer not to upgrade but want to continue using the old, less functional, versions you can download them here. These versions will work with old license keys. Make sure you download the edition (Professional or Standard) that matches your license key.
