    Hi
    My posts from yesterday have vanished re this not working on one particular machine despite being okay on other machines here.

    So here is the debug log again as requested by David.

    Looks like the drive in question was connected to the system via a RAID controller. Most of these controllers don't support passing SMART data via standard interfaces (IOCTL commands).

      As I posted originally in the posts that were deleted, I have another near identical PC that works quite happily but still says RAID. I have attached a screenshot and the debug log from that machine to see if it helps you. I also mailed it to you directly.

        Different RAID controllers have different device drivers which implement different features and behave differently.
        (For example Software RAID works fine with DiskCheckup)

          They appear to be the same versions and both are disabled.Ok well I'll give up then. SSDLife Pro works fine
