No. BurnInTest doesn't turn the firewall on or off.
Could it have been Windows update that ran overnight on your machine?

Thanks David for your support.
Now we are using Burnin 9.0 version.
Using Burnin 9.0, we are running Network test (standard network test with internal loop back) with other test like Disk test, CPU test, 2D graphics test, RAM test and Video play.
After 10-15 hour Burnin test is failing with packet receive time out error on running Network test.
We checked it is happening because firewall gets start running.
Before starting the test we had stopped firewall from services, but after some time it got enabled automatically and test got failed.
We wanted to check whether any of the Burnin test enables the firewall which is causing the failure.
Thanks in Advance for your support

The BurnInTest User' Guide answer most of these questions.
https://www.passmark.com/ftp/BIT_Users_Guide_Ed9_0.pdf
Also check you are using V9 and not some old release. Some old releases had bugs which have since been corrected.
You also didn't attached the log.

Thanks David it was helpful
Needed your support with the reproduction of Burn-in test failure:
"Seek size requested not equal to actual"
Attached the snippet of failure log.
Queries:- How the work load varies with cycle/time and we have observed different work load while test in progress
- If test fails what work load is going on that time, how can we find the work load
- For reproduction is there any way to run the same work load?
- What is the difference between Video playback and Disk(c: ) operations ??
- What does the error statement mean ?? What operation read/write returns this ??
- Burn-in log what does cycles and operations mean ??
Thanks in Advance for your support

It should be in the BurnInTest log. Likely it is bad sector count.

Error Smart threshold exceeding condition detected .
I am running Disk and Video tests in Burnin application.
Test is failing with the Error Smart threshold exceeding condition detected after 24 hr.
But test is not giving the information that which smart attribute threshold value has exceeded.
How can I find this information ?
Thanks
