BurnInTest 5.2 21/Feb/2007

Sydney, Australia, February 21st 2007 - PassMark® Software announces the release of BurnInTest 5.2, the new version of the popular stress-testing software is now 100% Microsoft Windows Vista compatible.

BurnInTest 5.2 also incorporates improvements and new configurable options when testing hard disk drives and optical drives such as CD/DVD readers and writers. An update to the temperature monitoring function enables compatibility with Intel's new Desktop Utilities, which replaced the Intel Active Monitor.

BurnInTest is available in either Standard or Professional (32-bit or 64-bit) Editions. It is also available in a Linux GUI version.

Existing users of version 5.0 and 5.1 will not require a new license key. Users of earlier versions may purchase upgrades through the PassMark website www.passmark.com/sales/upgrade/index.php
