PerformanceTest could not access system management bios info

Hi,
I am getting the message "PerformanceTest could not access system management bios information" when i start the Performance test.Is there any way to solve this problem.I am using windows2003 server

It might be becuase you are not running as the admin user and so it can't load the device driver needed to get the SMBIOS details.

It shouldn't effect the actual tests however. But you will be missing some system information (like the BIOS version).

Hi,
I logged as administrator while doing performance test,still giving the same error "PerformanceTest could not access system management bios information".I am using windows2003 server with service pack1.0.Is there any solution to solve this problem.

Can you make a debug file, by following the instructions here,

and then E-mail it to use or post it.

Hi,

Environment in which i test performance test is below:
Windows 2003 server with service pack 1

I checked for the bios also, it is the latest. I also erased the bios and flash it with the new one from IBM website, but problems still persist.
