How I can refence to minimum Scoring value?

Hello,

I have to specify a PC within a minimum CPU to have a minimum permormance.

How I have to reference to PassMark in the right way?

Now I have done this:

4. Manufacturer: Intel, AMD
5. Processor Count: 1
6. Core Count: Minimum Dual-Core
7. Performance: Score Value > 1500 [1]
...

If you are just interested in CPU performance (and not disk, video, etc..) then you should refer to the PassMark CPUMark score.

But you should also do whatever you think makes sense for your audience as well.
