Exclamation Bootable USB Flash -- Classic Problem - Help

There's got to be a simple way to do this. I have a couple of very high end circa 2007 Hewlett Packard workstations.

ROM badly needs flashing. Should let me do this with an USB stick, but no joy (I'm probably missing a step... or 10). Neither will it flash over the network. The machines insist on using an A: drive... that would be too small, and I don't have floppy drives installed in any event.

I know I've done this before, but it involved several hours of frustration. If the PassMark USB too will do the trick, great, but something tells me that there is another way.

Our self booting USB solution wasn't designed to flash firmware on HP workstations. I don't think it will help.
