Default Benchmark for older T2390 substanially lower than database would indicate

I've got an older Dell 1525 with a T2390 clocked at 1.86. My Passmark score with latest version of the software is 450. The database indicates this processor should get a score in the 954 area. Does anyone have any idea why my score is so much lower.

I know it's a dog of a system now and I'm planning new build but I'm curious why it should benchmark so low.

    Thanks in advance.

You might be comparing the overall system PassMark rating against the CPUMark value.

The CPUmark is just for the CPU, the PassMark rating is for the full system (disk, video, CPU, etc..)
