    Default Graphics results on different PCs with same GPU

    Is it possible for a Core i7 and a Core 2 Duo with exactly the same Graphics Card to have different Graphics results ?
    Is the reason because of the CPU having process faster towards the GPU?

    Yes. Results can depend somewhat on device driver versions, CPU and device driver settings. Plus there could be issues like overheating, different background tasks running on the PC, the cards being in different PCI slots, different BIOS settings, different O/S version , etc..
