    Default Measurement Units

Can you explain the below units & what is that impact to the end user if the points that increase or decrease?

    Mops./Sec
    Thousand prime/sec
    Mill. Matrices/sec
    Thousand strings/sec

    Thanks & Best Regards,

Mops./Sec = Millions of mathematical operations performed per second.
Thousand prime/sec = Thousands of prime numbers found per second.
Mill. Matrices/sec = Millions of matrix multiples operations performed per second.
Thousand strings/sec = Thousands of strings sorted per second.

These tests are representative of tasks a CPU might commonly perform.

The higher the score the faster the CPU will be, all else being equal.

Can you explain what is the unit measurement for INTEGER MATH in CPU test and why tested with the same processor but have a very large different score?

    PLS refer the link below:

Integer math is measured in Mops./Sec.
Millions of mathematical operations performed per second.

There can be lots of reasons why the result might be different between computers. For example some laptops underclock their CPU while running on the battery to conserve power. Could be the number of test threads was different. Could be the CPU has overheated. Could be that the measurements were taken badly and one machine had some background activity running, etc..
