Trouble input russian characters in Testlog HTMLedit

Configuration:

Windows XP SP2
Keyboard rus\eng
TestLog v3.0(1029)
Testlog HTMLedit v1.0(1026)

Preconditions:

1. Open TestLog
2. Create new database
3. Create new project
4. In project properties window edit "Overwiev and Scope" through the "Testlog HTMLedit "

Steps:

Input russian characters in HTMLedit - "йцукенгшщзхъ"

Result:

"9FC:5=3HI7"

Expected result:

"йцукенгшщзхъ"

TestLog is not a Unicode application, so it does not support Unicode characters like this, only standard ASCII characters.

Adding Unicode support to TestLog is something that is on the list of proposed features to add in future.
