    Default Low score ?

    Hi.

I run a homebuilt computer here based on the ASUS P5Q Deluxe motherboard, and the Intel Core2 Duo E7300 @ 2.66Ghz processor.
Graphics card is the NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE with the latest driver 260.99.
The system has 4G of RAM, and the OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.

All drivers are the latest from ASUS.

Having ran the Passmark Performance test, the score is just 559, and this is way too low ?

    What say ?

    /Erik

    Hi again.

I don't know if this info has something to do with the low score ?

No DirectX 10 capable video device found
After the message, I click on 'OK', and the performance continues

I suspect the warning is correct, the GeForce 7300 LE doesn't seem to support DirectX 10. It is a low end card with low performance.

If you post your results we can probably tell you if it is just the video card that is slow.

All ok, and thanks for the reply.

Do you mean I shall show the result here on the forum ?.

If so, how do I copy/paste it ?

Does the issue have influence also on the low score in Performance Test ?

Your CPU score is also a bit down on the average.
CPU Mark: 1385.6 vs and average of 1820 for the E7300

Switching 64bit would help this and also give you access to another 680MB of RAM.

Then what about what you siad about the NVIDIA card ?

I suspect the warning is correct, the GeForce 7300 LE doesn't seem to support DirectX 10. It is a low end card with low performance.

If you post your results we can probably tell you if it is just the video card that is slow.

    CPU is slow (see above).
Video card is slow and doesn't support DX10 (see above).
Hard drive might be OK, but we don't know the model number, so hard to comment.
