How can I optimize W2000 SP 4 for testing?
Is there any way to optimize W2000 SP4 for testing to give the most accurate and consistent results?
Thanks,

A clean install on a newly formatted disk is always good.
Otherwise make sure you don't have any active tasks running in the background.
Make sure the disk is defragmented.
Running the tests just after booting the machine can reduce the effects of disk caching.
Make sure you use the same data CD for each test.
Run the tests several times and take an average.
