Test cases: A drop-down for test case review state

It would be neat to have a drop-down in the test case form, perhaps below the Priority drop-down, for the state of review, and there would be two choices: Needs Review or Accepted. Something like that. Better yet, it would be nice to have customizable fields for this drop-down with as many or as few options as I'd like to add. I'll address customizability in a different post.
