No help info on burning test pro

I purchased the burning test pro, as well as a serial loopback plug and a parallel loop back plug.

I also received the test CD and DVD set that i ordered.

My question is: How do you use these two disks? there was no instruction manual or help file on either disk, the only info I found was that you have to use the disk with the burning test pro software, but how do you use the two disks in conjunction with with the burning test pro software, I can find no infomation regarding this.

Also while at it, no info on how to use the loop back plugs either.
