Is collaboration possible?

I am currently evaluating a few tools and really like this one. However, many of the other ones have a fully functional web interface so that my entire group can help create our test plan.

It looks like your web interface won't allow that. Is there any way that we can all access this application and work on the same project at the same time? To be clear I want to have a few users all be able to full rights to the application, create, edit, delete from our project.

Currently you can only edit test cases and project test cases in the web module. We are intending to keep developing the web module, the next major version of TestLog is likely to have creation of test cases and project test cases added.
