Prefer descending order of the Build Tested.
During any given project, many builds have executed. It's convenient to select the newest build if the builds are listed in descending order instead of the ascending order.

We'll look at changing the behaviour of the build fields to maintain the same order as they are arranged in the lists on the customise dialog so they can be ordered in either direction.
