Add page numbering to detail reports?

Could you possibly add page numbering to the reports, for instance when printing out a group of test cases. Just this morning I printed out about 20 project test cases, most of which span at least two pages, and noticed there's no page numbering!

It would be nice to be able to specify some footer information too, like maybe the date, project name, page number, etc. Is this something one can manually edit the report templates to do? If anyone has hints for the clueless how to do that I'd appreciate it. :p

We should be able to include the date and page number in the next release, probably as an extra option so it can be turned off if not wanted.
