"blank" instead of the Fault Report ID entered is showing on the Test Execution status

1. Enter a fault ID, then click on "OK" the exit the windows.
2. Reopen the project testcase, the ID is not listed, but "blank"
3. Click on the pull-down, you see the ID is next to the "blank"
