Unique test IDs

Hello,

Is there a way to automagically have TL create test case IDs (unique ones)? It's kind of a pain to ask teams of several people to somehow come up with, and then stick to some unique ID scheme. We have many test cases that overlap under many suites, and not having a unique (I.e. number) ID is causing us pain... now we have to go back and 'create' these unique IDs, not fun.

Hi Joel,

There isn't a way of creating unique ID's as such in TestLog, you can create incremental IDs that are assigned a 4 digit number but these are on a per suite basis and not a per database basis. We'll keep a unique ID scheme in mind for future versions.
