USB2.0 loopback test

I purchased the USB2.0 loopback and have been trying to run tests on a USB2.0 port.

The test runs, but it only has a throughput of 4.8Mb/sec
I thought the USB2.0 spec was for 480Mb/sec
Why is it not testing all the way up to this speed?

Are you using V1.1 of the USB2Test software (http://www.passmark.com/products/usb2test.htm)?

Did the USB2 speed indication LED light up. (The Orange LED on the far left of the plug)

Also 480Mb/sec figure is theoretical. But you should get to 300Mb/sec+
