Error while CD/DVD testing

Error 21,23 and 1117. I am using burn-in 4.0 and doing just CD/DVD test. I get errors 23,21 and 117. Kindly let me know what these errors are? And do they indicate problems with drive ?

The device is not ready.

Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Yes, there is either a problem with the drive or the media.
