Yes, it could be "correct", but it might not be optimal. There might be one score pulling down the overall score. e.g. a slow disk, or slow 3D as a result of the wrong device driver, etc.

Looking at the information you gave I would suggest to you to just run the CPU and 3d tests and see what you come down with.
