cpubenchmark.net score

Hello everybody

On cpubenchmark.net I was looking at the intel dual core processor e2220. It is ranked 14 with a score 5141 at the moment.

Can somebody please tell me how is this processor ranked higher than so many other processors like quad core with faster fsb and more cache?

There was an absurd result in the database. It has been removed and the e2220 should now be in a more reasonable position.

It must have been very absurd to change the average since there were 99 samples. Was it?
