Need to export Tests to XML

Hello,
Anyone have the chance to export testlog tests to XML? I need to export the whole shebang to XML but we are stuck with CSV as the only real choice. Anyone know how to take the CSV and get it into XML format?

The data is already in XML. It is the native format.
You can browse the files using Window Explorer
