Is it possible to disable showing the result on end of the test in Internet Explorer?

I assume you are referring to the EXPORTHTML script command, which at present opens the exported html file once it has been written. Currently there is no way to stop this from happening.

I can see how this wouldn't always be desirable, especially in a scripted scenario. I'll make a note of it and we might consider making a change in a future release.
