Score a 2800 with the I7 920 @ 4.1ghz , One EVGA GTX 260 216 SC and 6Gb of Dominator 1600 MHZ. Wondering how close I am?

Sorry, mean quickest single CPU score, not core.

If you are talking about the CPU mark figure, you can find a chart of CPU performance here (http://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html).
The Core i7 920 (on 64bit) is the fastest in the charts with a CPU Mark of 6306. The 965 would be faster but everyone seems to have these on 32bit O/S's so far, pulling the score down.

I don't mean the average, I mean what is the single highest score a single person / cpu has been able to bench using Performance Test 6.1 with one CPU?

Basline #14854 is a single Core i7 965 with a CPU Mark of 8721 and overall score 4338.
