TestLog Integration with TestTrack Software

Can I get TestLog to operate with TestTrack in a way that is similar to the way you can now enter Bugzilla Bug IDs?

TestTrack seems to be mainly a windows application and not web based, as such it might be tricky to link to as easily as web based solutions as you would need to include the link to the exe along with the required command line parameters for it (if they exist) to create/view a bug.
