Passmark network testing

I am using the standard network test. I am testing 6 nics @ a time. I am pinging my server. All nics are set to my server IP. If I remove one cable from the nic port. Why won't it fail the test. It is suppose to be checking incoming data.

This depends on your test configuration. For this test you should have the following settings:
- Release 5.3 build 1012 or later
- Windows 2000 or later
Select Preferences->Network,
- Select "Test all available NICs"
- Enter an Network Address for each NIC, i.e. Enter 6 Network Addresses.

If you use these settings, do you have the same problem?
