Hi ,
We have a test coverage issue of memory test in our production line ,
and need your help .
We have found KB925B keyboard Controller pin 1 [GA20] open solder
but can't detect by memory test of BurnIn test program , any
suggestion of that ??
Program version : BurnInTest v5.3 Build 1011
Defect rate : 3000 DPPM [3/1000]
Issue description :
This fail symptom feedback from our customer , when they get the
NB from our factory then start to download the image , but the unit
will show "A20 high memory error"
DOS Parameter setting as below :
Config.sys => vdevice=himem.sys /testmem:off
Autoexec,bat => vxmsdsk 48768 /y h: >nul
