PDH function call error

Hi all

i did try the SoundCheck aplication and i get "PDH function call error" on startup

my os is windows xp pro sp2 dutch

any help on this?

o.. btw i have the last version of SoundCheck installed

SoundCheck shows this warning when it was unable to get the CPU load performance counter information from the Windows registry. I think it might be a bug in SoundCheck that only appears in some non English versions of Windows (as there are some parts of the registry that have different names on non English versions of Windows).

This warning should not stop you using the software. But we will fix it up for the next release of the product.

There is no fixed date at the moment. We did an update for Vista mid 2007 and there are no urgent issues that need fixing. We would prefer to accumulate a few bugs before going to the effort of making a new release.
