Locking Problem between Client and Web Access

We came across a test case locking problem when using the TestLog client and the Web Access at the same time.

The Test Log client creates a lock file when editing a test case:
e.g. TC_ZECAT_0101.tlg.lck

The Web Access creates also a lock file but a different one:
e.g. TC_ZECAT_0101.lck

The locking mechanism does not work between the client and the Web Access.

Any change to have this fixed?
