On selecting Export Test Cases to CSV, if "Create one file for each test suite" is selected, and a filepath given eg. "C:\testcases", a message appears asking would I like to create the directory "C:\"?
If this is approved, an access denied message appears.
Workaround is to add a further backslash at the end of the path "C:\testcases\".
