I've already ordered a new graphics card, but i find it odd that i can get BurnInTest to create these errors, yet still it shows no errors.

BurnInTest can't detect what is displayed on your screen. The graphics card itself obviously believes it did the job requested of it, and didn't return any error back to BurnInTest.

Part of your test process should be to verify visually that the monitor and video card are correctly displaying the image requested (without artifacts like in your image).
