The AMD 6000+ isn't close to the faster CPU's now on the market.
SLI only works with some popular games. On other 3D applications it is ineffective.
Are you running the disks in RAID? What level?
If you posted the full set of results, your O/S and the version of PerformanceTest you are using it might allow us to add some additional comments.
See also the CPU Benchmark charts (http://www.cpubenchmark.net/), and the previous post on Common reasons for a PC running slowly (http://www.passmark.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1057) and How do I push my PC to the bleeding edge? (http://www.passmark.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1071) Not that 620 is such a bad score overall score however.

Have you overclocked your cpu?
That is pretty low. I had the following setup--pretty similar to yours:
Athlon 6000 (overclocked to 3.3 ghz)
m2n-sli deluxe mobo
eVGA 7600 gt ko
hitachi deskstar 320 gig, 16 mb cache
sony optiarc dvd-r/rw
3 gb ddr2 800 RAM (1.9 v)
and got a score of 850
I replaced my gfx card with an 8800 gts superclocked and got a score of 940.
Also, I don't know why they even bother with the cd test, (why not just give a standard file for everyone to download and burn--maybe they do this) I started using just a regular music cd and found that if I used a cd with very few large files on it, (1 .iso file of a dvd--3.2 gb) it increase my score like 500%

You can buy a test CD from here (http://www.passmark.com/products/testcddvd.htm),
or download a utility to make the files here (http://www.passmark.com/products/cdmaker.htm).
