TestLog web module and IIS 5.0

Running the TestLog web module under IIS 5.0 will not allow a user to log in, this is most likely due to the bug in IIS 5.0 described here, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/176113.

For the next release we will look at adding in the workaround as described in the article providing it doesn't interfere with current versions of Apache and IIS.

After looking into this a bit more it won't be as simple as we thought, the changes required impact on how it currently works so it won't be possible to do without a fair amount of internal changes. As such we won't be supporting IIS versions older than 5.1.
