Software installation
The installation and upgrade process is the same for all of our software.
- Uninstall any previous versions of the software
- Download the software (above)
- Open the downloaded package.
- Follow the prompts
- Enter your user name and key if you have purchased the software.
Note: For BurnInTest, normally you would only install either the Pro or Standard version. (not both at the same time)
Evaluation version restrictions
- With the exception of the free accessory software and device drivers, all of the software above is time limited and will expire in 30 days unless purchased.
- Some software may also have minor functional limitations until purchased.
